Doulas provide in-person, culturally aligned care at no cost to you, thanks to support from our health plan partners.

At Aldea, our doulas are more than birth coaches — they are trusted members of your care team. We connect you with experienced doulas who walk with you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum journey.

Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, our doulas are here to listen, advocate for your needs, and provide hands-on support. From answering your questions and easing your worries, to showing up in the delivery room and checking in afterward — your doula is part of your village.
