For Community Organizations
Turn maternal health promises into real support in your community

Aldea partners with community organizations - including maternal health organizations - to bring a staffed, culturally-rooted perinatal "village" to Medicaid birthing people in your neighborhood.
How Aldea Works with Community Organizations
We start with the work you're already doing, then build a perinatal "village" around it so Medicaid birthing people feel supported from pregnancy through a full year postpartum.

A neighborhood maternal health nonprofit
We co-design with your staff, train Doras from your community and connect to your existing classes and support groups to Medicaid plans and clinics that can help fund and refer families.
A cultural community center or faith group
We anchor Doras and doulas in your trusted space in partnership with you, offer navigation in families' primary languages, and create warm handoffs to clinics while you stay the community home.
A grassroots birth equity collective
We provide infrastructure - training, data, and plan / clinic partnerships - so your doulas and organizers can keep leading the work while Aldea helps turn it into a sustainable, reimbursable model for Medicaid families.
