By accessing, using, downloading, and/or browsing information on the website, videos, newsletters, social media, webinars, or any other products or services offered by Aldea Health® (together, “Aldea Health® content”), you acknowledge your understanding and agreement to all of the following terms.

1. Non‑Clinical Nature of Services and Content

Aldea Health® designs and delivers non‑clinical perinatal support, education, and care‑coordination services. Our content and programs are meant to help you feel informed, supported, and connected to resources.

Aldea Health®:

Does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services;
Is not a clinic, hospital, physician, midwifery practice, or other licensed health care facility; and
Does not act as your “provider of record” or replace the relationship you have with your existing health care providers.

Any community doulas, Doras (community volunteers), nurses, social workers, or other team members who participate in Aldea Health® programs do so in a supportive and care‑coordination role only. They do not independently provide billable clinical services, do not diagnose conditions, and do not prescribe medications.

Your doctors, midwives, nurses, and other licensed health care providers remain fully responsible for your medical care, including all clinical decision‑making.

2. No Medical or Legal Advice

All Aldea Health® content, images, materials, and works are the copyrighted or licensed works of Aldea Health®. Copying, reproducing, capturing, or scraping Aldea Health® content for any purpose without the prior consent of Aldea Health® is prohibited.

The Aldea Health® content provides general information that may or may not apply to your personal health condition, circumstances, or legal situation. The opinions expressed in Aldea Health® content by any Aldea Health® team members or volunteers are strictly their own personal opinions and not the opinions or policies of any third party, including any health care provider, employer, educational or medical institution, professional association, or charitable organization.
